Complete inspection — $80

More than 50 points checked: brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, tires, fluids, lighting, corrosion. Report walked through with you. Free if it leads to a repair of $50 or more. Ideal before buying a used vehicle.

Rustproofing — $100 to $140

Paraffin applied to the underbody, rocker panels and corrosion points. $100 car, $120 SUV, $140 truck. Redone annually, ideally in the fall before road salt.

Oil and fluids — $50 labour

Oil change with filter replacement. Synthetic oil from $10/L, blend from $6/L, filter from $10.50. Also transmission, coolant and brake fluid.

Tires

Seasonal swap $50, balancing and installation $60 to $90 by diameter, storage $60 per season in a dry space, puncture repair.

Brakes

Pads and rotors from $280 per axle. Premium version with anti-rust zinc rotors from $380. System inspection included.

Bodywork

Dent repair, collision repair, painting and touch-ups. Estimate before work.

General mechanics and diagnostics — $110/h

Electronic diagnostics, suspension, steering, exhaust, engine, clutch, battery and starting. $130/h if you supply your own parts.
